Police Still Looking into Domestic Violence Case

Police are still investigating a possible domestic violence call that involves the former nephew of a man that reportedly killed his own wife. Since police do not have enough evidence to charge the young man, he has yet to be charged.

When officers were first called to the scene of the domestic violence incident, both the nephew and his girlfriend had injuries. Even though the girlfriend stated that he started the fight, police are uncertain as to whether this claim is true. Both victims will be interviewed to determine who will be charged and who was acting in self-defense at the time.
