Nanny Seeks Restraining Order against Model Gabriel Aubry

The child custody case involving actress Halle Berry and her model ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry is getting more complicated. Last week Berry's nanny requested a restraining order against Aubry for alleged abuse at home. According to the nanny, Aubry became angry at her and pushed her into a door. However, she was holding his little girl at the time. The nanny goes on to state that the former model has shown "irrational rage" towards her and started physically and verbally abusing her as soon as one week after she started working for Berry.

Despite her claims, a judge denied her request for the restraining order. Berry is currently working on a child custody order that, if approved, would deny Aubry from having any form of custody. Berry told news sources that she is concerned about the safety of their 4-year-old girl and does not want Aubry to be alone with her at any time. Looking to change the terms of your child custody arrangement? Now is the time to contact the Meyers Law Group and work with an experienced Long Island family lawyer who can listen to your side of the story and pursue appropriate legal measures on your behalf.
