Husband Sued for Lack of Sex

It's bad enough that his wife asked him for a divorce, but when she sued him for failing to pleasure her in bed, a Frenchman was completely humiliated.

According to the court documents, the 51-year-old man was sued by his 47-year-old wife after they ended their 21-year marriage. She explained to the court that he had failed to have sex with her for most of the two decades that they were married to one another. Even though he often blamed his lack of desire on fatigue and health problems, he reportedly never sought help.

After reviewing the lawsuit, a court ruled in favor of the ex-wife. The court ruled that the husband failed to complete his duties as a husband as a sexual relationship is part of the expression of affection. As a result, he was ordered to pay her $14,000 for depriving her of a sexual relationship all those years.
