Chad Kroeger's Ex Demands Maintenance

Since she became accustomed to living like a rockstar, Marianna Goriuk now hopes to continue to do so even though she has separated from Chad Kroeger.
Kroeger, the frontman of Nickelback, and Goriuk lived together for nearly seven years in his Abbotsford home until 2009. Together they enjoyed the good life, including regular jaunts to their home in Mexico and parties in Vancouver. Even though the two were not married, Kroeger has continued to pay his ex $10,000 in alimony.
Not satisfied with this amount, Goriuk is attempting to persuade the court that since she had become accustomed to their extravagant lifestyle, she is entitled to at least $95,760 per month. Although the final court date is set for this summer, a judge has already ordered Kroeger to increase his payments to $25,000. This isn't a stretch for the singer who earns $9 million as the lead singer of Nickelback; Goriuk pulls in just $12,000 as a horse trainer.
If you're hoping to receive maintenance, it is important that you have a
