Roseanne Barr Seeks Restraining Order Against Neighbor

Comedienne Roseanne Barr is seeking arestraining order against her neighbor who is complaining about supposed unauthorized grading work being completed on Barr's nut farm in Hawaii.

According to the Hawaii Tribune-Herald Barr will go before a judge on March 10 to ask for a more permanent restraining order. The actress was given a temporary one by a judge in Waimea to last until the court date. Listed in the petition are Roree and Richard Oehlman who Barr said began a "campaign of harassment" against the actress ever since she purchased her property in Honokaa.

She also stated that the Oehlmans have been trespassing on her 46-acre property as well as attempting to defame and libel her in local stores around the island. The only rebuttal that the Oehlman's gave was that some of the allegations were not true. Roree said that she could not go into specifics as per the restraining order.
