Request for Divorce Turns Tragic

Tragedy struck in Oregon last week when an entire family was found stabbed and murdered by the man of the house.

According to local police reports, the scene officers arrived at last week was brutal. The bodies of the 30-year-old mother, along with her 2-year-old daughter and three sons, aged five, six, and seven, were pulled from the burning wreckage of their home. When the medical team examined the bodies, they discovered multiple stab wounds on all five of the victims.

The husband, who police are certain started the fire and inflicted the wounds, was also discovered in the house. Due to smoke inhalation, he is now in a medically induced coma, but is technically in custody of the police department. After researching the case, officers learned that the wife found out that her husband had served a prison sentence for child molestation and had requested a divorce.
