Man Files for Divorce After Burning His Son

The same man who has been accused of covering his own son in a chemical substance is now filing for divorce in West Palm Beach.

Jorge Barahona has already been accused of dousing his 10-year-old adopted son in a chemical substance in his pest control truck. His twin sister's body was found in a bad in the back of the truck last week. Barahona and his wife are now at the center of an investigation being conducted by the Florida Department of Children and Families.

Their son is still in a burn unit at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami to be treated for the chemical burns.
