Vince Neil Accused of Domestic Violence

Vince Neil, frontman of Motley Crue, is having difficulty staying out of legal trouble these days. The famous singer pleaded guilty to DUI charges back in January, but he is back in the news for a possible domestic violence incident involving his ex-girlfriend.

Neil has been accused of forced his way into a live show at the Shimmer Lounge last month and "poked three people with his right index finger ... each time stating the words, 'f**k you.'" One of the victims was Alicia Jacobs, a television reporter and Neil's ex-girlfriend. The two broke up in March, and Jacobs attributes it to "the decisions that Vince continues to make." Although a poking doesn't sound terribly harmful, there are police reports showing the bruises left behind by Neil's actions that night.

Also involved in the "attack" were Patrician McCrone and journalist John Katsilometes.

In response to the reports of domestic violence, Neil denies the entire event. Instead, he blames it on his ex, stating that she attacked him first and left scratch marks all over his arms. He plans on pleading not guilty to the charges of disorderly conduct and battery when he goes for his initial hearing.
