Jesse James Child Custody Battle Persists

Janine Lindemulder made her bad day just a little worse when she threw her coffee at a photographer, shoved him, broke his camera, and supposedly hurt his back. This was after leaving the Orange County Superior Court where the judge had ruled on her visitation rights with daughter Sunny, age six.

While James Lindemulder was not present at the hearing, his lawyers presented a case that portrayed Janine as being unfit to have court-ordered visits with her daughter, due to the fear of kidnapping. Yet both parties were able to come to a temporary solution that allows Janine to visit her daughter; however, another hearing has been set for November 5 when a more permanent visitation schedule will be ruled on.

In response to the photographer's complaints police escorted Janine back into the courthouse for further questioning. Once they reviewed footage of the incident courtesy of TMZ, as well as debriefing her, the police released her without any further charges.
