Jesse James Accuses Ex of Driving with Daughter While Under the Influence

Sandra Bullock's estranged husband, Jesse James has filed legal papers against his first wife, Janine Lindemulder. Lindemulder took steps to try to regain child custody of the pair's six-year-old daughter after news broke of James' infidelity to Bullock. James is doing what he can to keep Lindmulder from getting custody by accusing the former porn star of driving with their daughter in the car while under the influence of drugs.

The document filed by James included a declaration from his sister that she once received a phone call from Lindemulder during which Lindemulder slurred her speech and told her that she had taken "numbing drugs" and drank tequila before getting behind the wheel with her daughter in the car. James' brother-in-law also gave a statement claiming that Lindemulder asked if he could get her drugs including Vicodin and Ambien.
