Michael Lohan Accused of Domestic Violence

This Thursday, Michael Lohan (father of actress Lindsey Lohan) was charged for attacking his fiancĂ©e, Kate Major.  Prior to becoming engaged to Lohan, Major was linked to reality dad, Jon Gosselin.

Reports indicate that Lohan threatened to kill major, called her profane names and kicked her in the face.  After the attack, Major accused Lohan of domestic violence.

Lohan, who is 49 years old, was charged in New York with second degree harassment.  27 year old Major reported that as a result of the incident, she suffered "minor swelling on her lip" after Lohan tossed her off of a chair while sleeping and kicked her in her face.

She said, "He walked over to me, took his shoe off and kicked me in my face while I was still on the ground."

Lohan counters that the two argued, but he did not assault her.  He also said that at the time of the incident, Major was "heavily intoxicated".
