Emmy Rossum Pays $57,000 To Husband For Divorce

A secret wedding is now coming to a not-so-secret ending for Emmy Rossum and soon-to-be-ex husband Justin Siegel. The two were wed in February 2008.

For the sum of $57,000 Emmy Rossum can now be considered a single woman again. The final terms of the divorce include the house remaining in her name as well as jewelry and some other personal possessions. Siegel gets to keep the Mercedes, some jewelry, as well as an $11,200 security deposit. The actress has also agreed to pay her husband $57,500 to equalize the settlement.

Spousal support will not be awarded to either party according to the divorce judgment that was filed in the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Their community property will be split nearly equally as well in the settlement.

If you are considering divorce you need to contact a Long Island divorce attorney now before you make any final decisions regarding the division of your estate and assets.
