Ellen Barkin Still Facing Divorce Adversities

Relations between actress Ellen Barkin and her ex-husband Ron Perelman are not improving anytime soon. The state Appellate Division announced its decision that Perelman, head of Revlon, must pay $4.3 million that he owed to Barkin's production company. This came despite his arguments that the "Sea of Love" star had violated their divorce deal.

The Appellate Division court stated that the agreement between Perelman and the production company must be adhered to and were to be considered as completely separate from the divorce agreement. However, they also didn't find any proof that she had violated the agreement in the first place.

Barkin and Perelman's personal relationship went down the drain following their 2005 divorce in which Barkin walked away with tens of millions of dollars, but also auctioned off jewelry he had given her.

This latest legal battle arose when Perelman didn't pay the $4.3 million he had agreed to for the star to create the production company "Applehead" with her brother George Barkin.
