Elizabeth Hurley Did Not Have Prenup

Famous model and actress Elizabeth Hurley is at risk of having her fortune taken away from soon-to-be ex-husband Arun Arun Nayar. Reports are now coming out that she did not sign a nuptial agreement before the two were married in 2007. Her $20 million fortune could now be at risk.

The reason why she didn't agree to a prenuptial? According to the Daily Mail newspaper, "A prenup would have been a dealbreaker for Arun. He has his pride."

Included on her long list of assets are her $6.8 million farmhouse in Gloucestershire and a $3.9 million townhouse in Chelsea that she owns with ex-boyfriend Hugh Grant. Despite the fact that Arun comes from a reputedly wealthy family, it doesn't appear that he has any assets in the UK.

Yet legal experts believe that Arun will not get as much as half of her assets since they were mainly acquired before her marriage to him.

The divorce was instigated after pictures were discovered of Hurley kissing Shane Warne, a former cricket star from Australia.
