Mother and Daughter Cited for Child Custody Dispute

In Nanticoke, it is reported that both a mother and a daughter were cited for harassment as well as disorderly conduct.  Police say that the arrests occurred after three incidents at the daughter's ex-boyfriend's home. They believed the fights were related to a child custody dispute.

According to the police, Sheila Gallagher and her daughter Nicole Gilroy were first cited for harassment.  They say that the women had allegedly choked and kicked the ex-boyfriend's mother.

Police cited the mother and daughter for disorderly conduct after they were called to the home a second time. It is said that the women were causing a disturbance at the ex-boyfriend's house and refused to leave the residence. After a third incident, both women were cited for her accident for yelling profanities while after residence.
