Fantasia Barrino Cited as Reason for Divorce
Antwaun Cook and his wife Paula Cook are getting a divorce, which would not normally be something for the news. Paula Cook, however, is citing American Idol alum Fantasia Barrino as the reason for the divorce. She claims that the two had an affair and that she has a sex tape to prove it.
The couple was married in North Carolina, which has an alienation of affection law which would allow Paula Cook to sue Fantasia.
Fantasia has been in the news lately for the alleged affair and sex tape, as well as for an attempted suicide. She was hospitalized this week for an overdose of painkillers. Sources report that she is healthy and will continue work soon. Work, however, is a reality TV show with Antwaun Cook, which could complicate his divorce.
