Fred Lutzen

Mr. Lutzen is admitted to practice law in the New York State Courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Fred served as Law Intern to the Nassau County Surrogate, John B. Riordan, where he gained valuable experience and insights into litigating estate disputes. He has since been appointed by various New York Surrogate Judges to act as Guardian ad Litem for those in need.
Mr. Lutzen focuses on civil litigation, including estate and trust disputes, settlement of decedent's estates, commercial litigation, personal injury and employment litigation.
Fred graduated summa cum laude and ranked 3rd in his law school class at the Jacob D. Fuchsberg School of Law, Touro College, Huntington, New York (J.D., 2003)
